The case packing system is a system that allows to arrange the rows of containers arriving from the conveyor belt and to pick them up with a pican place system by means of vacuum heads and place them inside the respective boxes.
The ETC 100 automatic case packer is an adaptable machine and is custom built for each specific container and need. It can be adapted to preformed containers, glass jars, bottles, boxes or drums.

Features
One ABB Robot model IRB660 is in charge of taking the boxes from the infeed conveyors and stacking the boxes on the pallet. It is mounted on a chassis to lift it and give it the necessary reach. The Robot is parameterized with the Flex pallet software with which you can generate the necessary recipes for the different types of stacking and then from a general panel of the system to choose the type of stacking lock.
