AUTOMATED FORMULATION PLANTS
Description
The automatic formulation plant has a double mixer and disperser system. Its automatic control configuration allows you to save recipes of active ingredients addition, mixing and dispersion, being able to vary and control parameters such as time, speed, temperature, etc. This allows keeping the record and traceability of each formulation process or Bach, which guarantees the accuracy between batches of formulations avoiding possible operator errors.
The formulation plant can store more than 100 recipes of different formulations, controlling their variables and repeating them each time the recipe is selected and achieving traceability in each process.
